Copyright Infringement Policy
Zubbah respects intellectual property rights and expects marketplace users to do the same. This page describes how to submit a copyright infringement notice and what happens after you do.
Submitting a notice
If you believe material on Zubbah infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent that includes the following information:
- Your contact information — name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or identifier of the material on Zubbah that you believe infringes your work.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We review every notice and may remove or disable access to material we determine in good faith is infringing. Repeat infringers may have their accounts restricted or terminated.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the following:
- Your contact information and signature.
- A description of the material that was removed and its original location.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to let Zubbah share the counter-notice with the original complainant and, where necessary, resolve the dispute through a competent court or lawful dispute process.
We may forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant and may restore the material if the dispute is not escalated through an appropriate lawful process.
